Good Evening, It is hard to determine if it is an allergy based off of the history. If there is a common denominator in the form of a trigger within (4) hours of the the itchiness then it is possible. The best was to evaluate for an allergy in this case is to compose a diary of all internal/external exposures at least (4) hrs prior to the itchy episodes and then look for any "common denominators". Good evening, The reaction rate with aeroallergen immunotherapy or allergy shots is <1%. Patients usually wait at least 30 min in the clinic after a shot. The allergy shots initially are very diluted as they are almost water and build up from there. Allergy
Good evening M'am, Per your report and pics, it does sound like you do have cow's milk mediated IgE hypersensitivity. It sounds like your symptoms are increasing in severity. I highly recommend that you avoid cow's milk and cow's milk products (butter, ice cream, cheese, yogurt etc.) and keep an EPIPEN on hand at all times. In the event of accidental ingestion of cow's milk, then I recommend using the EPIPEN ASAP and seeking medical attention. Each time that you ingest the cow's milk, the humoral arm of your immune system produces more antibodies to cow's milk, hence the increased severity with subsequent exposures. READ MORE
