Before embarking on his professional journey, graduated from the Medical College of Wisconsin, where he earned his medical degree in 2006. He then embarked on a rigorous training path, completing an internship in Internal Medicine at the same institution in 2007. Driven by his dedication to neurological care, he pursued residency training in Neurology at St Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center-Barrow Neurological Institute, culminating in 2010. 

Seeking to deepen his expertise in vascular neurology, Dr. Teleb pursued dual fellowships at the Stanford Stroke Center, specializing in Vascular Neurology and Neurocritical Care, graduating in 2012. He furthered his training with a fellowship in Endovascular Surgical Neuroradiology at the Medical College of Wisconsin, solidifying his proficiency in advanced neurovascular interventions in 2014.

In pursuit of clinical excellence, the doctor is board-certified in neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN). The ABPN is a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to serving the professions of psychiatry and neurology.
