Her unique blend of compassion and candor introduces a distinctive energy into her professional work, frequently applauded by her past clients across the realms of industry, healthcare, and education. As a results-driven professional, her engaging approach is not only captivating but also sharply focused on delivering the desired outcomes while supporting stakeholders through every step of the change process. Further, with over 15,000 hours in clinical practice, Dr. Ross brings an immense wealth of practical experience to the table.

In 2017, Dr. Ross obtained her Ph.D. from Florida State University, completing her internship at the esteemed Atlanta VA Medical Center, where she gained invaluable experience working in trauma, the integration of interdisciplinary teams in healthcare settings, eldercare, women's health, gender-affirming treatment, and diversity education. Additionally, her international work and volunteering efforts have allowed her to learn about important issues related to children's health, women’s organizations, and the unique challenges facing individuals and families when they immigrate or transition to a new country.  Presently, Dr. Ross is licensed in Georgia, Florida and is licensed to provide care under the framework of PsyPact, a network of participating states who facilitate the practice of telepsychology, which currently includes 40 of the 50 states.

Leveraging her 23-year-long career across various facets of mental health, industry, and education, Dr. Ross launched RBHealth in 2018. Under her capable directorship, RBHealth seeks to transform the landscape of mental health care. The organization strives to shift from the traditional "in-office" model and integrate physical engagement, movement, and mindfulness in non-traditional settings as key elements of psychotherapy and treatment. As such, RBHealth stands as a dynamic platform dedicated to education, treatment, advocacy, and enhancing our understanding and approach to mental health.

As a committed treatment provider, Dr. Ross serves a diverse range of clients: teens, young adults, adults, and older adults. Her areas of expertise encompass handling ADHD and trauma-related issues, facilitating personal growth and development, supporting individuals with gender dysphoria, conducting psychological assessments, and offering executive coaching for self-improvement.

In her role as an educator, Dr. Ross conducts workshops for various groups, including schools, businesses, and parent circles. Her sessions aim to raise awareness and offer support on numerous concerns, such as advocating for the educational rights of individuals with disabilities, working with neurodiverse individuals, and engaging in non-traditional mental health formats. She also provides parents with strategies to manage ADHD-related stress and offers systematic approaches to handle change.

In her industrial and business roles, Dr. Ross partners with project management stakeholders, ensuring smooth large-scale transitions and effective project management through her advisory capacity. By applying behavioral health techniques, she helps mitigate anxiety, enhance communication, and alleviate stress during organizational transitions and restructuring.

In her forensic practice, Dr. Ross works with the Qualified Evaluator Network under Magellan, serving as an evaluator for state-cared minors receiving mental health support. In this crucial role, she offers indispensable assessment services to children under the care and custody of the Department of Children and Families, and, when necessary, lends her extensive expertise as an expert witness in court proceedings.
