    Hi!! I completely understand the concern. The needles we use are hair thin and with the necessary precautions and in the hands of a trained practitioner it should be a safe procedure. I would avoid points that tend to bleed more and when taking the needles out extra pressure should be applied. Acupuncture is a great tool for stress management.
