In addition, I provide assistance to individuals experiencing challenges related to body image and self-esteem, as well as those dealing with OCD, borderline personality disorder, postpartum depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, depression, ADHD, or other mental health disorders.
I endeavor to establish robust and trustworthy therapeutic connections with each of my clients. I provide compassionate assistance by actively listening and gently encouraging. In addition, I advise clients to reflect on their underlying reasons for seeking change, since this can be beneficial in gaining a broader understanding when confronted with significant life shifts.
