About

I'm a Psychiatric Mental Health Clinical Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice. I hold the positions of owner and CEO at Lily Health and Wellness Center. I provide assistance to individuals across all age groups and also takes pleasure in aiding families with their mental well-being. A significant number of my clients seek assistance for their symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), which may encompass panic episodes, excessive anxiety, or interpersonal problems.

These symptoms may also encompass physical signs such as disturbances in sleep and appetite patterns. In addition, I provide assistance to individuals experiencing challenges related to body image and self-esteem, as well as those dealing with OCD, borderline personality disorder, postpartum depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, depression, ADHD, or other mental health disorders.

I endeavor to establish robust and trustworthy therapeutic connections with each of my clients. I provide compassionate assistance by actively listening and gently encouraging. I instruct clients in the techniques of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which involves avoiding negative thought patterns that might contribute to symptoms of mental health. In addition, I advise clients to reflect on their underlying reasons for seeking change, since this can be beneficial in gaining a broader understanding when confronted with significant life shifts. When deemed suitable, I offer counsel on psychopharmacological intervention, encompassing the prescription and supervision of medication that can aid persons in managing their mental health difficulties.

I have a Master's degree in Nursing Practice and a Doctorate in Nursing Practice. I possess dual board certifications and possesses substantial expertise in assisting customers in discovering efficacious methods for controlling their mental well-being.
