2. Trump is a "short sleeper"
We’ve all heard that we need 8 hours of sleep per night to operate at our best the next day. But, for some people, this just isn’t true. And Donald Trump could be one of them.
Referred to as The Sleepless Elite, up to 3% of the population perform just fine on just a few hours of sleep every night. These people also have a higher tolerance for physical and psychological stress. These people are both night owls and morning people--often staying up until the wee hours of the morning and then waking up a short time after.
As for Trump, he gets by with 4 or so hours per night. He reports going to bed at midnight or 1am and wakes up at 5am to start his day.
