“It used to be, you’d ask him a question and you could sit back and listen for the next 20 minutes,” said Tim Harrelson, Buddy’s 47-year-old son. “My dad would just keep talking, he was the life of the party. But now, if I don’t say something to keep the conversation going, he just gets quiet.”
