Definitely not oxycodone!! Conventional wisdomAnd our teaching watch that Tylenol was very effective which is true however more recently recognizing that there is an inflammatory component Tomorrow starts right up cases that as a result anti-inflammatory maybe just as if not more effective Orly however I also find that many people do well with a topic we apply anti-inflammatory which can be prescribed or even icy hot kind of medications topically over the counter. Effective at that point you can be more prescribe medications higher class of one thing I will say is that at 19 if there’s arthritis question is what is the basis of ideology of your friends because generally most arthritis happens with break down to the dock at 19 years old I shouldn’t be the case which means I would suggest a visit to a rheumatologist to see if there’s something else going on besides arthritis as well. Physical therapy is generally effective for muscle strains and it is unlikely to make any injury worse however the type of therapy that would be most effective depends on the injury for example an inflammation might be best treated with relative rest and non intense weight bearing whereas a tendinosis- overuse ligament loading might do better with eccentric loading exercises! In any case the most important part of any therapy is Homework- Home exercise program since therapy is 1-3 times a week but there are 7 days in the week so stretches that are taught must be done every day since muscles work by use them or lose them!
