How do you help ankle arthritis?
Weight reduction if over weight and shoe wear are the mainstay to non operative management. High top sneakers or boots on uneven surfaces like grass are helpful
How should I sleep after scoliosis surgery?
Typically on your back but on your side is acceptable. Belly sleeping would not be recommended
Can a bulging disc be fixed without a surgery?
Most bulging discs do not require surgery. If fact many can be asymptomatic. Rest anti inflammatory medicine and core exercises are usually recommended

Yes but limited. For every step you take when you run puts 4 to 6 times your body weight. This adds up and can lead to early demise of your knee replacement
