How to Deal with the Anger of Cancer
Utilize your senses
Some people find it calming to engage their senses in different relaxing activities in order to be better able to fight against unwanted anger. For hearing, sometimes uplifting audiobooks, soundscapes, or playing musical instruments can be very helpful. For sight, make sure that you decorate your home in a manner that is calming to you. Utilize uplifting colors and artwork so you feel at peace within your abode. Smell is a crucial sense that is often tied with emotion. Use incense oils or candles for deep relaxation. Touching is also important. Have things you like to touch within your home, that are very soft and feel nice on the skin. The same goes for clothing! Sometimes it's nice to just cuddle with soft pillows. For taste, try new foods or your favorite foods, as long as they are approved by your doctor.
