If you'd like, you can nominate for someone to receive a vest
The Colton Underwood Foundation has partnered up with International Biophysics, the manufacturer of AffloVest, to deliver 50 AffloVests to 50 individuals with cystic fibrosis from across the nation. Any individual can apply for or nominate a friend or loved one in the United States to receive one of the 50 portable vests available. A selection committee from the Legacy Foundation will then review the applications and made their decisions based upon physical and financial needs of the recipient.
