Vitamins and minerals have numerous health benefits including a strengthening of the immune system (very important for lymphoma patients), strengthening of bones and teeth, and healthier skin. The fruits that contain the most vitamins and minerals are typically berries like blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries. Other fruits like bananas, apples, and oranges are also good choices too.
