Rest, rest, rest. Ahead of the group? Take a moment to sit down and relax. See a nice rock or bench? Take a seat and rest your legs. Shopping centers often have benches that you can use to sit and people-watch. Even when you don’t feel like you need to rest, do it. The more rested you are, the more you are able to accomplish the remainder of the day. Resting is one of the most important things to do when you’re out and about.
