Abdominal pain

Burning and stabbing abdominal pain mostly around belly button, upper abdominal and lower right side. Hard abdomen. Light brown poop with a few dots of blood and mucus. No appetite, bloated stomach and full eating little things. Rash under breasts, pimples, scratches and moles appearing on body. Dry mouth, slight breast pain. Shoulder and back pain which comes and goes. Abdominal pain comes and goes gets worse when pressing on it and laying down.

Medications: folic acid tablets and vitamin c
Conditions: slight anemia and high blood pressure
