Sounds you have a severe case of premenstrual syndrome. You need to see or follow up with your gynecologist and if he/she doesn't feel comfortable or can treat your symptoms then they need to have you see an endocrinologist. Good luck. Dr. F  Sent from the all new AOL app for Android
All the symptoms may not be from one problem. The acne, for instance, may not be related to the other problems. If you have not been to a Neurologist, or had an MRI of the head and neck, you should do so. The combination of numbness, fatigue and trouble thinking suggests a brain or cervical spine problem, of which there are numerous causes. An MRI and laboratory tests may well give you an answer.
I don't think this is a neurological disease. The neurological symptoms sound like they might reflect a sleep disturbance with poor sleep. But overall, a possible suspect is an autoimmune disease that is at the core of all this. These are very hard to diagnose. They can even cause immune damage to the brain and nerves - autoimmune neuropathy and encephalitis. This can't be diagnosed without some very specialized testing. You may want to start at an academic center, or especially with w rheumatologist who is highly skilled at autoimmune diseases.
