“Bump on shaft”
Noticed this white bump on side of penis. Been in a relationship almost a year now and been with one partner. What could it be

It looks benign to me, however, it could be the beginning of a wart. Hard to tell. Would keep an eye on it for now. It does not look like a classic syphilis or herpes simplex virus lesion. Syphilis has no pain and HSV is very painful. I think I would just watch it for any changes for now.
