A chiropractor could potentially help your neck hump. It depends what is causing it and how severe it is. A chiropractor is a good place to start.
Hello,
A chiropractor may be able to help fix the hump in your neck, but the cause of the hump may be more important to figure out. Posture may be an issue. Hormone levels may an issue.
While Chiropractic may be able to correct a neck hump, it is important to determine the cause of your condition. If it is simply a Musculoskeletal problem, chiropractic adjustments and an exercise program will be able to help with your neck.

Most neck humps are caused by the forward head posture that is a result of a loss of the normal curve in the neck. If this is the case, I can help fix your neck hump. The best way to proceed is a posture evaluation and possibly a neck x-ray.
A hump in the middle of the neck likely reflects a loss or even reversal of the cervical curve. Carrying your head forward of the shoulders likely goes with the hump. A chiropractor who emphasizes the top of the neck can help this. My favored method is Blair, butr NUCCA,, and Kale are also effective.
An evaluation needs to be done to determine if it can be helped
