The treatment for arthritis, no matter what joint you are having pain in, should be the same.... Manage the symptoms. Arthritis is usually a progressive disease and NO CURE has been proven. Managing instead of dealing with the symptoms is the goal. There are interventions available, to assist in the pain, Range of motion and strength of the joint. Preventing progression of the disease is the long term goal. Arthritis is not a disease to just "deal" with but must be managed for optimal quality of life and daily function. Tools to utilize vary from meds, to physical therapy, to bracing, acupuncture, electrical stimulation, topicals, Heat/ice, injections (steroids, gels, regenerative products), etc. Lots of tools in the toolbox.
yes……. Knee arthritis can be treated with physiotherapy, home exercise program, medications and possible knee injections
Arthritis has many sources, meaning it can be caused by different issues that you lived prior to meeting me. A sprain, an allergy, an old scarred area and other possible sources can create the arthritis..

The ear reflexology protocol will allow the therapist to find out on your ear how your body created that knee pain. There are some knee points on your ear that can be triggered by the therapist and other weak point may be found by gentle pressure. Then the points that showed up will be covered with a seed or a bead and can stay on your ear for you to trigger them and keeep the treatment going on.

Arthritis is important to take care of it on time and to heal it well. Yyou may be invited to go back for a few visits.

Make sure to visit a qualified therapist and see how you can benefit from this alternative approach.
