Yes, you should able to visit your chiropractor provider; but, you should consult your surgeon first.
The short and simple answer is "Yes." You should tell the chiro what sort of surgery you had and when. They may treat other parts of your body, or use different techniques, or hold off on treating the knee for 3 to 6 weeks, depending on the surgery.
That's a question for the surgeon who did the surgery.
