Cbd with depakote and gabapentin to treat alcohol withdrawal

I am detoxing from alcohol and do not have any benzodiazepines. I am using high dose gabapentin anywhere from 1800-2700 depending on how I feel. Along with depakote now as well. I am wondering if cbd is good to take with these drugs? Does it help with blood pressure at all? Also I do have a prescription for propranolol but im not sure if my blood pressure is high right now. I’ve been checking my heart rate and it’s good, usually between 70-80 bpm. I feel a little tightness in the upper right area of my chest a bit, my ecg is normal. I just have not checked my pressure. So I am concerned to take propranolol in case it lowers my heart rate too much. The depakote I have started to take in conjunction with the gabapentin to hopefully prevent withdrawal seizures. Basically I’m wondering if I should take propranolol if it safe or not. As well as cbd, I’ve been using when I’m sober for some chest tightness but I’m not sure if it’s good to mix with the depakote and gabapentin. Also if this regiment of drugs im taking is likely to work for my withdrawal, as I can’t get any benzodiazepines. Finally I am also taking thiamine, folic acid, zofran and lots of electrolytes.

I highly recommend that you go to a detox facility or emergency room for evaluation. With your history of DT's and withdrawal seizures, withdrawing at home, we'll put you at great risk for having one or two of these issues again. Per my knowledge, there is no evidence that cbd will assist with withdrawal. I would not recommend taking propanolol to lower your blood pressure, as it will complicate the picture. We utilize blood pressure and pulse as a way to know how severe the withdrawal is. Good luck!
