Concerning symptoms

Hello I am a 26 year old adult male I've been having symptoms for the past 7 months the this all started on April 30th I was doing some exercise just doing a little brisk walking I was a little bit stressed out lately I was trying to practice my breathing trying to breathe deep then all of a sudden I feel this tightness in my hand my left hand and arm then my hand and arm became stiff it started to close and form some type of claw look I actively resisted this as I didn't know what was going on around the same time this was happening I started to feel dizzy faint weak I could barely walk so as I stumbled and went to a chair and sat down my hand's still in the claw like shape I tried unclawing it with my other hand but it didn't work then my right hand started to form a claw shape but but not for that long eventually I regained the full movement of my hands and my dizziness somewhat went away but something felt different I got a big drink of water and was picked up from my location the night I tried going to sleep I couldn't I kept waking up repeatedly throughout the night barely able to breathe it continues like this till this day along with it a lot of pain in my left arm and hand making my hand feel weak along with the very fast heart rate I've been looking at my arm for over 6 months now and my leg is well I'm trying to see if there's any degradation degeneration I've been getting a lot of tingling twitching all over my body except for my tongue and my palate I had trouble swallowing food but this was before any of the other symptoms I've been having a lot of anxiety lately it could explain that I decided to go to the doctor to the hospital they ran a whole CBC comprehensive metabolic panel did a EKG into the CT scan I still keep getting the twitches and paying all over my body especially in my left arm my left hand felt weak I kept looking at my hand every day to see if there's any degradation the generation but I could get was twitching all over my body but the twitching didn't really start until almost 2 to 3 weeks after I was hyperventilating the next day I was dizzy off balance and tired after that night I could barely speak right and I still can't I'm suffering stiffness in my jaw and a lot of pain in my jaw I'm having trouble sleeping day by day I decided to also go to the doctor to get a hole in MRI and went to go see a neurologist I'm scared of taking the EMG I went and took the MRI and they found absolutely nothing they said there was nothing wrong with my CBC or my comprehensive metabolic panel they did an MRI of my brain and my cervical spine and found absolutely no abnormalities get my symptoms still continued I've always had weaker arm strength than my left arm because of my I'm right handed I'm beginning a lot of pain in my jaw and cracking in my jaw but still I have trouble sleeping and breathing I dread it being MND and if so I might as well just take the sleeping needle right now as I would not want my family or myself to go through the horror of having to deal with this I only started to experience more of these symptoms after the fact I still can walk with ease the doctor took a reflex test the neurologist took a reflex test and test of strength could find no loss of strength or weakness and trouble walking still that did not convince me my muscles still twitched my left arm felt weaker than my right even though yes I am right-handed I'm only 26 years old and I'm African American male dealing with already enough issues I don't know if it's Central hyperventilation they did a creatine test to see if my muscles were right my creatine was .84 I have no idea what is wrong with me I have no diabetes or evidence of cancer but that was seen in my blood test yeah I still feel weakness to my left arm I can raise it above my head for a long time but ever since that night I hyperventilated and had that carpopedal spasm my left arm has been weak yet it's only happened to me once but ever since then that muscle twitching all over my body and tightening of my facial muscles and my jaw muscles and there's a lot of pain and cracking in my jaw they've been constantly out of breath I don't know what to do I've even contacted neurologist a certain doctor subbanna and I've sent it in pictures of my hands feet and leg muscles to see if anything is atrophied or shrunk he said he couldn't find anything everything was perfectly normal and benign I don't know what to do I even asked if MRIs and showed signs of motor neuron lesions and motor neuron disease ms als or ms at this point I'm at a loss tonight I'm scared of taking that Angie everything else seems completely normal with my test but help Icompletely scared and at this point I'm rather just not even fight the disease as it turns you into a vegetable no disrespect to anyone else I'm really scared and I just need help and some advice my doctor said anxiety causes these symptoms but I don't know I've also been constantly urinating all the time sometimes I lose balance a trip but that's very rare I don't know what's going on please help I've had lip twitching before but that was few and far in between please help I've also been getting some leg cramps as well I would get them like Charlie horses lots of times in the past but now I don't get them that much but I still feel it in my legs but I can still walk like normal what do I do?

Nothing mentioned is suggestive of a serious brain disorder. MRI is the most sensitive test for MS. Nothing you mentioned suggests ALS Leon Rosenberg
