“Constant cough”
I've had a constant cough now for about 3 weeks. It started small and unnoticeable but started getting worse. It wakes me up in my sleep at night and sometimes I cough so hard it hurts my chest or lungs. I take ibuprofen and cough suppressors to subdue it.

Persistent cough is concerning. Please see your PCP and a pulmonologist ASAP for further evaluation and management. You will need labs, imaging done.
