My ears ache, feel clogged, and can hardly hear.

Could be wax: clean 'em out with peroxide. Could be allergies: try Flonase.
Need to see ENT for examination, ear cleaning, whatever else is indicated

Hello, you may have an ear infection or cerumen (wax) impaction. You should be seen by an ENT and have a hearing test (audiogram).
