“Gi tract”
I have an inflamed colon without diarrhea, nausea, or vomiting. CT scan also showed mild diverticulitis and mild enterprise. I have left side pain that wraps around to my middle back that gets worse after I eat. I am taking meloxicam 7.5mg twice daily as needed for pain. I also have small pockets of fluid in my colon, and appendicoliths.
Complaint duration: Two weeks

Tough to comment much as I cannot see the xrays but diverticulitis is a common condition that would cause pain in the left lower quadrant. Irritable bowel can also do this. So you may need treatment for both of those problems.
