I've had a headache for 2 weeks and my neck was stiff but I thought everything was like a headache then I didn't have a headache this week only felt like a pinch and felt it in the back of head on the left and then it was gone and when im outside I doesnt happen when im distracted everything is normal but when I go home it starts a bit.

It sounds like a tension headache most likely stress related are you getting enough sleep? are you drinking enough water? are you exercising? how’s your vision? it’s everything OK at home?
