How can I calm my anxiety naturally?

I am a 35 year old female. I want to know how can I calm my anxiety?

If you want to manage anxiety without medication, there are a number of techniques. Foremost is exercise, next is mindfulness meditation, and finally avoiding thinking too much about the future. You have no control over the future, so thinking about it too much creates a sense of helplessness and anxiety.
