How can a social worker help a child with ADHD?

I am a 25 year old female. I want to know how can a social worker help a child with ADHD?

A social worker could work with the child on developing skills to cope with the ADHD symptoms. Additionally, working with the parent on appropriate re-direction and parenting strategies is another way a social worker could help.
An important way to build connections with any client: Treat the client the way you would expect to be treated. Listen with both eyes and both ears.... Remain patient.
