How do I know I have Covid per symptoms?

I have fibromyalgia, but the last week and a half I have felt the worse ever since being DX with Fibro 10 years ago. I usually have sinus drainage this time of year but its been really persistent and thick but no color. At times causing me to cough until I gag and sometimes vomit. I'm extremely short of breath upon the simplest exertion but get my breath back my resting for a couple of minutes. I have zero energy, my pain is around 7-8 upon movement...When I try to force myself to do something, I usually end up in tears because of the shortness of breath, coughing, pain and the feeling I'm going to collapse. I don't hardly ever run a fever with the exception of Legionaires pneumonia years ago and it was low grade.

Complaint duration: 10 days
Conditions: Fibromyalgia and enlarged left ventricle

The only way to know whether or not you have COVID is by getting tested for Covid. I would recommend getting a Covid PCR test.
Hello!

COVID is very widespread right now and it is best to see your PCP/urgent care clinic/ER and get a thorough evaluation - this will include COVID.

Thanks so much!
