Most patients your age, feel immediate relief of pain and increased range of motion of their neck and back.
80% of the time people feel a great amount of relief increased their range of motion and overall a general satisfaction that is general satisfaction that improved health. 10% of the time that people are a little sore because those joints have not been moved in years. And 10% of the time people do not feel much of a change but we have freed up the restricted joint and their overall health will improve.
Great. Lighter, more free through range of motion. More energy.
Really depends on the joint being adjusted, the reason for adjustment and type of adjustment, and if it’s the first time adjusted. Generally, the area feels much looser as well as the surrounding tissue
that may have been guarding if the injury is less tight. Can feel “sore” the next day.
In my experience most patient feel more mobile and flexible. Some patients may feel some soreness for approximately 24 hours and then feel much better.
You experience will be yours. Speak with your Chiropractor if you are not feeling better after 24 hours.
Amazing feeling with a burst of endorphins with increased energy and mobility.
You might be a little sore after your first chiropractic adjustment, but after that an adjustment should make you feel relaxed and also releases endorphins that will help you to feel good.
My patients report different feelings after their adjustments. Some are sore for 1-2 days before feeling significant relief from their symptoms, others reports feeling immediately better.
Usually after a chiropractic treatment you feel relief. However if the inflammation is severe and tissue damage is acute it may take a few weeks to feel better like in the case of torn muscles, ligaments or discs.
