“How do you sleep after a chiropractic adjustment?”
I had a chiropractic adjustment today morning. I want to know how do you sleep after a chiropractic adjustment?

If you are asking “is there a certain way to sleep after an adjustment” I would just say whatever is comfortable.
If you are asking “how well does one sleep after being adjusted” it is my experience that most people sleep quite well and restfully after getting their spine properly realigned.

Typically after a Chiropractic adjustment, people sleep very soundly. This is thought to be the body’s energies going towards healing as Nerve flow is improved in the Nervous System.
That's a great question! Try your best to keep your spine as neutral as possible. I recommend for side-lying that you use a pillow in between your legs and arms in order to keep your knees from touching and your elbows from touching- this will allow your hips and arms to experience less stress and your muscles to relax in a more neutral position. Additionally, in this same position, make sure that the pillow meets your head, instead of your head meeting the pillow - again this will aid in keeping your spine neutral and muscles relaxed. I hope this helps!
