“How to normalize hear functioning ”

I had an anemia due to the heavy premenopause bleeding 2 months ago, I did not know I had an anemia, and was hospitalized once because of heart tahicardia, that was at 150 rate wich they normalized, I was prescribed in iron 350 mg daily which I'm taking now my iron level is 11% which they say is normal.Now I feel like uncomfortable heart sensation, My primary Dr did an EKG test and said the rhythm is normal.
How can I get my heart to the normal functioning and is it normal to have a sensation like this after this episode that I had and was hospitalized for, will I recover completely with the time?
