“Just started peeing the bed every night?”
Not too long ago I just started peeing the bed almost every night and I'm 22 years old. It just started happening after some stuff happened with the family that caused some major stress and I have tons of other stresses, but I'm still doing it every night and it's embarrassing and very annoying. What do I need to do to stop this and why is this happening?

There are many different ways for that to be addressed. First off I would start by making sure that you do not have anything to drink after 8 o’clock at night. Secondly if you have been or are sexually active you might wanna make sure that you do not have a sexually transmitted disease. Next, there are devices called bell pads. Therefore if something happens like when you go to the bathroom the bell rings and wakes you up and stops you. Or draws attention to it. If this continues you might want to see a urologist.

If you are on medications, ask the doctor who prescribed them. Otherwise, you might just pee before bed and ask for help with the stress.
