Ketorolac side effects

I received Ketorolac 30mg IM one time for a suspected kidney stone, this was around 10am. I don't remember if I have ever taken Ketorolac, but I take Naproxen Sodium for occasional pain. I believe the stone has passed.
My issue is that since the evening of the injection, I have been extremely nauseous (especially upon standing) and am now having diarrhea. It's been 4 days since the injection. No fevers. Also, the evening of the injection I had a very brief episode of panic attack-like symptoms...racing heart, cold/clammy feeling, short of breath, dizziness. Is this a reaction to the injection? How long might it last?

It's possible that the nausea is secondary to ketorolac, but after 4 days it should be still be happening. I would look for another cause.
