Left upper abdomen pain

I had my gallbladder removed in Oct. The week prior to removal I was having pain all across my upper abdomen. I had biliary dyskinesia. My left upper abdomen has been hurting off and on. I'm just wondering if this could be something that will go away. Or if it could be gas. Or if I should go see my PCP.

Biliary dyskinesia is a questionable diagnosis and does not correlate well with symptoms. Many patients get their gallbladders removed for this reason but then do not improve afterwards. You may need to look further, with your PCP or a GI doc, for the true cause of your pain.
