“Mole”
My 19 month old son has a mole on his back it has been fine his whole life and his doctor has even looked at it and said it’s fine but only today the mole has become red and raised. He has tried to scratch it.

I would get it checked out. Bc it’s red and raised, it may be infected.
Seek a doctor's attention, this might be a skin infection.
Usually, any change to a mole deems a dermatology referral. It is difficult to see in the picture, but I would also be worried if there is an infection occurring. In any case, it needs to be looked at again, probably first by your pediatrician and then by a dermatologist.
