“My ear canal is hurting?”
For about a month my ear canal has been bothering me so I a friend look inside and took to seems that there's a worm inside.

highly unlikely. The pics look more like some wet skin and wax debris, which is most likely in the ear canal. I suggest having an ENT examine it under a microscope and clean the ear out for you. This can also be soothing to the soreness you have been describing.
It's difficult to tell from the pictures, but make an appointment with an ENT physician for removal of any foreign material and treatment.

Could be osteomas from cold water swimming. Do not use Q-tips. Get an ENT microscopic evaluation.
