My feet feel ruined?

My feet have been hurting in severe pain for over two years. From a slight numbing with severe pain when I wake to one toe that remains cold and is now bent. What is going on with my feet? I had to walk for two years. I had no car, I’m overweight, disabled, had no way to carry anything, and had to walk everywhere, my parents would not help me. No one would. Finally, I was able to drive again. But the damage to my feet has already been done. I’m afraid nothing can be done to fix what neglect and apathy have done to them.

It's best to be evaluated by a specialist
Need more info. You might have underlying diabetes.Start eval with a family doctor
I recommend you make an appointment with a foot and ankle surgeon (podiatrist) for appropriate diagnosis and treatment
You have a medical history that suggests you may have nerve damage or even possibly a circulation problem, or both. You should see a podiatrist and have them order nerve conduction studies and/or MRI to evaluate exactly what is causing your problem
I am sorry for your disability. Unfortunately, it's very hard to know what's going on with your feet without examining them in person. You need to let an Orthopedic surgeon who is specially trained in foot to examine and treat you. It is possible that simple measures such as medications or orthotics (a shoe insert) could significantly help you walk with less pain. It sounds like this is a very big problem for you, so I encourage you to let a foot specialist examine you asap.
Hope it helps!!
