“Neck and back pain?”
I am 13 years old. My neck was bent down and someone fell on it and it now has been hurting for about 10 minutes. The pain is in the neck and back.

Speak to your parents and get examined by a Chiropractor right away. This pain will go away in short order but the problem will likely remain. I frequently find problems in 30+ year old patients who let things like this go, at that point they are only treatable and no longer fixable.
If no numbness or tingling wait a few days .If no better in a week or two see your doctor
