Nosebleeds?

So I’ve had 4 nosebleeds and I don’t know what’s wrong with me I’ve had them all in one day. They came out of nowhere is there anything bad happening?

No, it's sometimes happens. Keep your fingers out of your nose, and keep the area moist. An over-the-counter water based ointment such as aquaphor on a q-tip is good for this. The nose bleeds because there's an irritated area inside there and it's trying to heal. The nose is a very vascular area.
It is difficult to say without an exam. Typically the dry winter months can lead to dry mucous membranes in the nose. This can then lead to bleeding. Nasal hydration can help. But an exam by an ENT can pinpoint the problem.

Sometimes a nasal infection or sinus infection could cause bleeding. It's more likely something simple like that versus anything complicated like a tumor. Try some saline spray is see if that helps and if it doesn't see an ear nose and throat doctor.
Could just be a dryness issue. Use ayr gel spray and if they persist, see an ENT. Nosebleeds can be signs of more serious medical issues.
