General Practitioner Questions

Pharmaceutical research

Hello Dr. my name is Michael and I own a RPM/physician dispensing company. We are doing some general research and I wanted to know if you could answer me these questions:
1. If your patients got RPM and the medications for HBP at the POC for a 31.99/month subscription model (no insurance), including refills sent automatically to their home would that be attractive to you? We have a patented technology platform that allows it, that isn’t disruptive to your practice.
2. How many patients would you use it for per month realistically?
3. What do you think the retention rate would be with patients?
4. We projected, over a 12 month period a single PCP would generate around 600 total patents, does that sound like a reasonable #?
5. The profit, per PCP, would be around 14k a month, at the 600 patient scale—is that attractive enough?

Thank you for your note. The only usage I know of RPM equivalents two revolutions per minute. You apparently have another useless abbreviation, but I do not know what it is. I assume HBP is high blood pressure, or is it something else? POC I do not know what it means. Please advise. FYI, my email is steele@dadlnet.dk
