“Povidone iodine nasal spray?”
I heard that you can buy the 10% povidone iodine and use with sterile water to help your nose with covid or sinusitis? Would the correct solution be 1ml of povidone iodine with 20 mls of sterile water mix and put in a nose spray bottle?

Better to read some articles before doing this. Just type it in the browser. or go to PubMed. One article in the "Ear, Nose and Throat Journal" stated its use neutralized to Covid-19 Virus and others. Another was an article about an ongoing double blind study. Still best to get vaccinated and observe mask precautions and frequent hand washings.
