“Premature ejaculation ”
I Have premature ejaculation observed since 2 years, i have tried delay gel, viagra tablets, kegel exercises and masturbation some time before sex but nothing helped me. One day i have tried SSRI tablet but i got dizziness only for about 1 hour. Please suggest me now what are possible reasons for PE and what i have to do now

There are many reasons for Premature ejaculation, some physical and many mental. Start off by taking your time when in a sexual mode. Try mentally focusing on something other than your partner during the act. If this becomes a continuous issue, you will need to see a urologist or even your PCP. Do not take any meds without the approval of a medical specialist. This is, understandably, an embarrassing situation, but you must understand, you are not alone in this. This is a common issue for many men and does not mean anything negative about your masculinity!!
