Red spot on the penis glans

Male, 24 years old. Five years ago, a dark red spot appeared on my penis head. Uncircumcised, had phimosis until the age of 10. The spot appeared at the age of 19. Appeared suddenly, same size as in photos, has not grown since.

Doesn't hurt, only bothers me visually. I tried various antifungal and antiviral ointments, to no avail, no effect. I've been to dozens of doctors, all said different things, some about vascular growth, some about fungus, some about erythroplasia of Queyrat.

Not only that, but I would like you to tell me, based on the information described, what kind of skin disease this could be, and is it necessary to perform a biopsy, or just keep observing? Is it a capillary hemangioma, small angioma, primary hemangioma, erythroplasia of Queyrat, or something else?

Furthermore, I have attached photos of the skin disease. The first one shows the spot 2 weeks and 7 months after it appeared. The next one shows the spot now, five years later.

Complaint duration: 5 Years
Medications: Various ointments

Hello there! There are different causes of lesions similar to these - some are sexually transmitted and some are not! I recommend see a physician/dermatologist that can evaluate, and if needed, biopsy and diagnose the lesions so appropriate treatment can be given!
