Shoulder injury?

Hi, I fell during a rugby game into my right shoulder. I’ve been to hospital and got an x-ray, CT and MRI. I’ve attached a link to my scans. Would like an opinion and recommendations on the best options for recovery.

I cannot download your Imaging studies To review them for myself. But it appears That you have a traumatic injury to your shoulder. If you have a fracture to your clavicle Or your humerus then that would show clearly On your radiographs and if these fractures are displaced enough then you would need What we call open reduction or putting the fragments back in place And holding them with metal plates and screws. During the postoperative period You will Be sent to physical therapy To avoid stiffness of your right shoulder. If there are no fractures then You may have a torn rotator cuff tendon. Which would be clearly seen on your MRI. if one or more tendons are torn and separated then surgical repair would be needed either through the arthroscope Or by what we call the open method of making an incision. Seeing the tendons directly And repairing the tears. Again, after surgery, you will need many weeks of Rehabilitation To gain good motion of the shoulder.
A review of your images should be made ideally with the radiologist who performed and read out the exam. Your primary health care provider can manage the multiple types of images performed and perhaps the several radiologist readers to give you a feel for what is being said of your situation, perhaps review films with you and what the plan is for your care/rehabilitation based on those findings.
You are asking for a major consultation best done in person. Your story suggests the possibility of surgery.
