Test result question

Hello, I got my results back from last month and I was doing a 24 hr urine test since I was in my first trimester, and it was 321. Is that concerning since it’s higher.

Hi! Since you have a history of hypertension (HBP), this maybe your baseline early in the pregnancy. It's good to have this number. Should your blood pressures elevate in the second and/or third trimester, a repeat of the 24 hour may reveal if preeclampsia should be considered. After the pregnancy is completed, - please follow up with your primary care physician so they can monitor your kidney function -, and help you follow a good renal care lifestyle.
