The upper part of my finger is getting bent?

Hello, I just realized that top of my index finger is getting bent to the left. I am feeling little itchy in the middle part of the finger and I can see a little dot where it feels itchy. I realized my middle finger is kinda bent to the left too but not bad like my index finger. Should I worry about this?

No, you should not worry
There may be an element of inflammation causing these symptoms. The best solution is to see a hand specialist. You can contact your primary care doctor or go to the ASSH website at www.assh.org and search "find a hand surgeon".
Hand is really not my specialty. Some possible causes are ligament injury, tendon injury, various arthritic changes in your age group (rash or nodule may be early indicator). Some people develop crooked finger (if present on other hand, very likely). Sorry I cannot be of more assistance. If painful, swollen, stiff, etc., would recommend you see a hand surgeon.
Good luck.
If your finger has no pain and if you can have a full range of motion of your finger, you should not worry about it.
At your age this suggests a pathologic process of some sort (not normal) and I don't think this can be diagnosed from the pictures you took. You should see a hand orthopaedic surgeon for a consultation.
