Underweight

I'm 26, female, run a business full time, mom of 1. An I weigh about 84 pounds. I've tried everything. It's there any medication or pill I can take that will help me gain weight. I have no other medical issues

I would be curious to know what your eating habits are now.
Gaining weight can be just as hard as it is for many people to lose weight. Although there are some appetite stimulant medications out there they may or may not help you put weight on. I recommend you drink nutrition shakes such as Boost or Ensure Plus along with small frequent meals of high calorie/high protein foods. Things like peanut butter, avocado, meat, and full fat dairy are all great options to put on weight. Ultimately to weight more you need to eat more. Get in lots of liquid calories and bring snacks with you everywhere you go. Some people have to set a reminder to eat every few hours during the day.
