“Unknown neuro issue”

I took hemp gummies on March 9th at around 8:00 PM. At 10:04 PM I felt that I couldn't breath, I got tunnel vision, I couldn't hear well, and I felt out of my body. I've gone to two ERs and one primary appointment and no one knows what I have (they just say it's PTSD and anxiety). I have a stiff neck that constantly pops and hurts (reaches my shoulders) and I'm in constant vertigo. I feel detatched from reality at all times and I have episodes of feeling like I can't breath and I'll die. I have brain buzzes, ringing in ears, thousands of tiny bubbles in my vision, coughing, muffled hearing (slight), flushing of the face, sometimes headaches on the left side, pins and needles, episodes of confusion, Worsening memory loss, Worsening muscle memory loss, and much more. Please, help me. It's been a month and I haven't gotten better.
