My daughter has a stomach virus. What can I give my baby for a stomach virus?

Usually, a very thin and benign liquid such as Pedialyte can be effective to help with symptoms of a stomach virus. There is no good mediation to give babies with this condition as the body has to fight off the infection on its own before the baby starts to feel better. Keep them hydrated and be patient.
Pedialyte and continue with the formula. If there is diarrhea can give a lactose-free brand for 7-14 days. Make certain diapers are wet otherwise go to the doctor or ER.
Sorry but this is best addressed by a pediatrician. In general there is not a specific treatment for viral infections, just supportive care (hydration, control of fever, etc.) until the infection is cleared naturally.
