Hi! Ice, stretching, and proper shoes can all help with heel pain. If it does not help or resolve, I will make an appointment.
Hello, Thank you for your question. We have to evaluate you and take foot x-rays if needed.
Heel pain is common, and the most common cause of heel pain is Plantar Fasciitis. I have written a great deal of responses on this site about heel pain and plantar fasciitis. If the recommendations and treatments for Plantar fasciitis do not help you, I would strongly recommend you see a Podiatrist in your area for a more thorough examination and treatment plan.
Begin with rest, ice and elevation. I recommend you make an appointment with a foot and ankle surgeon (podiatrist) for diagnosis and treatment options.
Acupuncture and cupping therapy
Heel pain can be cause by nerve inpingement , plantar fasciitis, heel spur, ligament damage, previous injury, flat feet, and the list goes on. The best way to help with pain is to find out what is the cause first, then move forward with the most effective treatment of the cause of the pain, then pain will get better. please see a local podiatrist asap.
